Summary
The Systems Engineer position provides remote and onsite support to our clients on a daily basis to leverage their technology and grow their businesses.
This requires someone to be both detail oriented and ambitious, as our team works with all types of technology.
You’ll work with a team of like minded individuals who value customer service and technical experience above all. Together, you will manage and resolved a variety of escalated tickets to maintain a healthy queue and client satisfaction.
Procedure
- Consistent Communication and Follow Up
- Work to develop a trust-based relationship with clients and staff
- Team collaboration on solutions for recurring issues that clients face through experience, knowledge, and best fit scenarios.
- Attention to Detail in all aspects of daily work
- Documentation of all relevant information of systems and setups through Professional Service Automation and Documentation Portal.
- Follow correct procedures when utilizing Remote Monitoring and Management Systems and Remote Access tools.
- On-call Support Rotation
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to work with a wide range of companies and people to ensure our clients’ success
- Able to prioritize and execute daily tasks

Technical
- Technical Problem-Solving Skills
- Server experience, Windows Server Preferable including setup and configuration
- Proficient Hardware and Software Troubleshooting Skills
- Proficient in Virtualized Environments such as Hyper-V and VMWare
- Networking Experience with Switches, Firewalls, Routers, etc.
- Support Experience with Windows and MAC OS Devices
- Support Experience with Linux platforms

Experience
- 3 – 4 Years of Experience in the IT industry
- Preferred Managing Server Experience

- Microsoft and Cisco Experience/Certifications
