Founded in 1953, PCC Community Markets is the nation’s largest consumer-owned retail grocer, with annual sales of nearly $300 million, a staff of more than 1,500 employees and an active membership of more than 63,000 households. Organized as a cooperative, PCC operates twelve high-end grocery stores in locations ranging from neighborhoods to retail centers in the greater Seattle area. PCC is a well-known and respected brand and retailer that is widely considered a grocery store of choice in the Seattle area.
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the successful development of beautifully designed, environmentally friendly stores and remodel projects. They work collaboratively with the Store Development team and across the Co-op to successfully oversee new store construction, store remodels and capital projects to ensure consistency with PCC’s financial, social and environmental goals. They play an integral role in maintaining the standards of PCC stores and healthy expansion of the Co-op.
This position is currently remote with occasional in person meetings at the office or project site.
