JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Assisting servers with keeping the dining room clean during and after dinner sevice
- Polishing glassware and silverware
- Clearing and restting tables during dinner service
- Making sure the clean linen sheds stay cleaned and organized
- Informing the MOD when more linen is needed to be ordered
- Clearing and resetting dining room tables
- Rolling Silverware
