We are seeking a Customer Support Representative, who will use their skill set to ensure smooth and seamless day to day interactions with our customers and with our internal teams

Location

PayJunction takes a Flex First approach to work environments. This means that our team members can choose to work from our Santa Barbara office or remotely from home. Mission

Our Support team’s mission is:

  • To provide industry-leading customer support that builds its success by focusing on the core values that shape the way PayJunction does business

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of industry-leading customer support experience for our customers and partners.
  • Ensure that we meet and exceed PayJunction's Customer Support Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Answer incoming customer support calls and tickets.
  • Analyze and resolve internal account maintenance tickets.
  • Build, update and close merchant accounts.
  • Act as a product advocate for merchants by providing merchant feedback to the Product teams.
  • Document merchant problems and resolutions, contributing to the knowledge base.
  • Build teachable, scalable training materials for other team members to follow.

Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in the payment industry.
  • General understanding of merchant accounts, and payment processing.
  • Ability to actively drive problems to resolution
  • Clear and effective phone and written communication skills
  • Experience with Zendesk a plus
