JOB TITLE: Account Specialist

DAYS WORKED: Full Time M-F, occasional evening and weekend work may also be required

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to Operations Manager

OBJECTIVE:

What you will do:

• Be the point of contact for all your client’s needs, every situation starts and ends with you.
• Be consultative with your clients.
• Help educate your clients on our products and services.
• Know your client’s needs, they will need all sorts of products, make sure you connect them with the ones that put time back in their day.
• See something? Say Something! Not just at the airport, escalate anything that may cause a disruption to the Operations Manager
• Create raving fans! Our clients love PayDay, you will be why!

Personal Attributes (All the things we find in the best humans we work with):

• Experience in payroll software. Excel skills are awesome!
• Be dynamic! –understand a problem and develop more than one approach to solving it

• You know how to manage your time; we always have new and exciting things here. Sometimes they happen at the same time, know how to prioritize without letting things fall through the cracks.
