Pavilion Inn is immediately hiring for full and part time front desk positions. This is not a temporary summer position.

The ideal applicant must have a flexible work schedule and be able to work weekends and the night audit shift (graveyard shift) and be a task driven individual with the ability to function in a fast paced environment.

No experience is required and no level of education is required.

The duties include:

Registering and processing guests to assigned rooms

Accommodate guest requests

Communicate with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms

Handle cash/credit card payments

Answer phone calls

Maintain a clean and neat front desk area at all times.

Helping out in other areas when needed.

Washing, drying and folding terry, linens and other bedding.

You may come to the property and apply in person at 1280 N 4th Street, San Jose, Ca 95112 between the hours of 9AM-6PM, Monday thru Friday.
