Job Duties Include:

Setting sales appointments 

Completing internet sales leads by calling, emailing and texting customers.

Answering inbound sales calls.

Completing assigned daily task in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, to ensure all customers are being followed up with in a timely manner.

Promptly follow up with no show appointments and confirm all set appointments.

Answering customer questions and providing accurate information to help educate buyers and ensure they have everything necessary to move forward with the car buying.

Working as a team with all sales staff and management.
