Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Phoenix is looking for a Human Resource/Payroll Administrator to manage recruiting, training, and on-boarding of all prospective employees. Job duties will include handling employee relations, orientation, retention. Processing payroll, approving timecards, and assisting with job costing through Paylocity platform. Management of the health benefits packages adding and removing employees and managing open-enrollment periods.

Qualifications:
Required
1. All applicants must be capable of passing a background check and have all required I-9 documentation
2. Must be PC proficient with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
3. Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods while working on a computer
4. Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions
5. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
6. Detail oriented and excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Preferred
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, or other associated degrees or certifications
2. Prior HR experience highly recommended with basic working knowledge of HR Management Principles
3. Prior experience in recruiting and on-boarding new hires
4. Experience with online job boards and recruiting websites
5. Paylocity experience.
