Paul Davis Restoration of Boston Metro West, MA is Hiring a Bilingual Recruiter Near North Attleboro, MA
For over 30 years, Time Savers has been the leader in New England for construction cleaning and labor services. We are rapidly growing and in constant need of talented and hardworking team members.
Hours:
- Ability to work Monday – Friday 8-5pm
- Recruit for Framingham, MA and Attleboro, MA offices
- Developing and posting jobs internally and externally (Indeed, Craig’s List etc.)
- Reviewing applications and contacting candidates
- Performing telephone screens / interviews
- Setting up and conducting in-person interviews
- Coordinating interviews with management team
- Attend Job fairs as necessary
- Seek out new subcontractors
- Perform other duties as necessary and work collaboratively with HR director and team as a total business partner in support of the mission and vision of the company.
- Ability to work full days in Framingham and North Attleboro
- At least 1 year experience in same or similar position and working knowledge of recruitment websites (Indeed, Craig’s List, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer skills including utilizing recruiting websites and MS Word and Outlook.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Professionalism as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses a “can do” productive self-motivated attitude and maintains creative problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely organized and possesses the ability to efficiently manage time and priorities effectively.
- Construction and /or Restoration industry experience a plus
