Position: AR Receivable Coordinator
What does an AR Collections Coordinator with Paul Davis do?
· Collects outstanding AR payments
· Works effectively with mortgage companies while protecting the PD brand
· Maintains and understands the schedule of values for various accounts
· Oversees billing and collections
· Creates billing and payment plans as needed
· Researches and resolves payment discrepancies
· Handles new and existing mortgage documents
. Experience in QuickBooks/collecting
.Proficient in Microsoft Office
. Sense of urgency
· Proficient knowledge of lien releases and mortgage companies
· 2 years' experience in Construction Account Receivables/Billing
· Ability to research and resolve payment discrepancies
· Complete routine collection calls to determine the status of accounts, ensuring timely payment of receivables and resolution of customer issues preventing payment
· Prepare and maintain various reports
· Possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills
· Performs all work duties and activities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety practices
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Organized, well-spoken professional demeanor over the phone
· Applicants with an associate degree or higher with QuickBooks experience are required.
