Job SummaryThe Sales Executive is a key driver for the overall success of our Route Consultant organization! You are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to provide an elite level of support and service while promoting all of the opportunities our organization can offer them. Our ideal candidate has initiative, is results driven, and focused on the client at all times.
Key Responsibilities• Strong phone presence with both current and prospective clients. A limited amount of “cold calling” but more “warm lead” calls as we respond to inquiries made on our website or via email
• Conduct sales calls to client base with efficient information gathering along with follow up to build rapport and secure business listings
• Follow-up on leads from website inquiries and convert into clients
• Make recommendations for new lead sources as knowledge and familiarity with the industry develop
• Train and develop new business owners in central aspects of operating a logistics business
• Work with internal team on pipeline opportunities, coaching up the future Associate Brokers, and continually finding opportunities for the organization as a whole to improve and grow

Additional Information• The ideal candidate understands the nature of our business is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed
• This position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included
• PTO is flexible once training is complete and performance expectations are being met
