Farmers Insurance has an Insurance Sales Representative opening available with one of the fastest growing agencies in Arkansas. I'm looking for someone who wants to build their own business within my business and eventually wants to own their own agency one day. I provide leads, great training, a sound process to build a solid insurance business and the opportunity to learn from one of the top Farmers agents and District managers in the country.
As our newest Insurance Sales Representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time Insurance Sales Representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

Base hourly pay from $12-$16/hr Commission.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Requirements
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Career minded vision.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
