DESCRIPTION:. Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is seeking two AIS Training Support Analysts. As the AIS Training Support Analyst, this position will aid the Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) Program Management Office (PMO). Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in all AIS Training related areas in support of the CSP PMO Operations. Interface with CSP government leadership.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to): The Training Support analysts services over 400 Contractor personnel at over 50 global sites. Incumbent will conduct training, teaching, or over-the-shoulder type training in a classroom and warehouse environment. The incumbent will also prepare and conduct relevant research, development and presentation of lessons covering warehouse systems (e.g., DPAS-WM and SSAVIE) functionality and capabilities, and for any other WMIS or AIS used in support of CSP. Presentations could include PowerPoint, lecture-setting, over-the-shoulder, audio-visual, and web-based renderings. Incumbent will develop training syllabus for either roles or specific functions, monitoring the status of system changes to ensure all training programs are current. Develops and updates CSP AIS user reference materials and documents procedures for all processes resident within the relevant WMIS.

  • Assists the government Systems Sustainment Solutions Manager (S3) in verifying data generated or retrieved in or from various sources, to include DPAS-WM, USMC Supply systems and third party repositories.
  • Able to facilitate creation of Master Issue Lists; Sets, Kits, and Outfits; Warehouse set-up and various assorted manual data and tables for each site conversion to or from DPAS-WM or any other AIS or WMIS used in CSP. Must be able to understand data and reporting requirements to properly align legacy CSP program output with system output from the targeted government WMIS to produce a consolidated enterprise view of CSP information as required for transition sustainment or any other requirement. Works with G6 as primary liaison to assist with all data requirements for DPAS-WM or GCSS-MC, SSAVIE, or any other WMIS stand up at site level.
  • Works with G6 as primary liaison for SharePoint knowledge repository, issues database, and any additional AIS issues or concerns. Assists as trainer and implementation team member as needed.
  • Develops workarounds for processes that do not fully meet CSP operating requirements. Participates in System Acceptance Tests as required. Verifies inputs and outputs to improve quality of data creation and transfer between legacy systems and any WMIS. Provides quality assurance support to the CSP as required. Provide data and reports from GOCO IT systems for Program level review.
  • Assists the S3 in on-going system testing for DPAS-WM or any other government-owned AIS used for CSP operations. Assists in testing new features and System Change Requests (SCRs) during System Acceptance Testing (SAT) as they become available. Documents results and provides feedback. Assists with User Guide documentation on new procedures.
  • Assists the S3 through site visits to train new users on CSP’s AIS. Performs data analysis and review to ensure accuracy before startup of operations. Provides ‘over the shoulder’ training and support to new AIS users as part of implementation.
  • Provides feedback to S3 on problems encountered and helps to generate SCRs as needed. Assists the government leadership in providing quality assurance support to the CSP as required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is preferred (e.g., Business, Information Technology) and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business, Technical Systems, Supply or Logistics, OR;
  • At least 6 years of related experience in any combination above.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical systems such as DPAS-WM, GCSS-MC, Supply, Logistics, or warehouse Systems.
  • Must have basic computer skills and ability to assess computer/peripheral problems to either solve or elevate problem as required through appropriate support process.
  • Demonstrate the ability to function independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Incumbents should have a basic knowledge of USMC equipment data systems and data rules.
  • Prior military service a STRONG plus with USMC supply/logistics experience preferred.
  • Must have intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Ability to accurately assess problems and create viable solutions required.
  • Possess written and oral communications skills.
  • Possess excellent analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and to prioritize appropriately.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: This is a normal office working environment.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 25%
