What You’ll Accomplish

The Associate Project Manager will act as an internal day-to-day contact for tasks related to workflow and process for digital and print projects.  The APM will indirectly supervise the Brand Coordinator. He/She will also be responsible for routing internal jobs through the life cycle of a project from start to finish and keeping the internal brand teams abreast of any communications regarding the project(s).   

 

How You’ll Do It

  • Be responsible for leading smaller projects (emails, banners, microsites, etc.) including timeline creation and maintenance, trafficking workflow and conducting weekly status meetings with Project Management, Creative and Account Services and the Development Team 
  • Mentor Brand Coordinators and be a go-to resource for team questions
  • Contribute to the finalization of all RC submissions
  • Communicate with members of project team about production schedules and crucial deadlines
  • Pull weekly financial trackers for internal review purposes
  • Coordinate with appropriate Client contacts to coordinate review submissions 
  • Follow all procedures with regards to process including server back-up and archiving
  • Manage Client status and contact reports with Account partners
  • Attend Client meetings as needed to present timelines and address project development status/issues
  • Assist Senior PMs and Account by developing budgets and timelines for potential new projects and flag scope changes throughout the project
  • Begin to lead internal status meetings and be able to respond to the team (with assistance from PM/SPM) regarding project deliverables
  • In person client travel is required

What You’ll Need To Do It

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Marketing/Interactive Media or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years digital advertising experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with MS Project is a plus
  • Be a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively with other team members
  • Be detail oriented with strong follow through and communication skills

 

Where You’ll Go

You’ll take more management of increasingly complex digital projects and finances and move into the Project Manager role.

 

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

  • $50,000 - $69,500
