A Day in The Life as a Youth Care Worker I
As a Youth Care Worker I, you will assist with meeting our mission of strengthening families by supporting youth with challenging behaviors in a therapeutic environment. Through your day-to-day interactions, you will promote health, safety, and well-being of individuals served, as well as the organization by leading therapeutic groups, teaching daily routines, and promoting positive and proactive behavior management strategies. You will be an advocate for the youth as they communicate their wants, needs, and goals as they work to achieve their highest quality of life.
