Starting Salary: $60,902.40-65,936.00 annually

Pathlight (Human Services Agency) is seeking to hire a Program Associate Director with advanced knowledge of a professional discipline such as social sciences, human services, and business administration. Equivalent to a Master's Degree. Over 3 years and up to and including 5 years of progressive learning experience. Working knowledge of computer systems, programs and applications. Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle required.

Location: Franklin & Hampshire County areas of Greenfield, South Deerfield, Easthampton and Hadley, MA.

Hours: 40 Hours. Flexibility required to meet Program needs and on call rotation

Responsible for the leadership, direction, management, development, quality and growth of Residential Supports programs. Manage budgets, assist in negotiating contracts, develop and maintain liaisons and oversee the supervision and operation of all components of the program in accordance with the Divisional, agency, and external governing agency policies and goals and applicable regulations, standards and practices. Ensure the attainment of individual and programmatic goals, working in collaboration with others to provide opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to fully participate in their communities as valued members; and supports provided are implemented in accordance with Pathlight policies, external regulations and in response to individually stated preferences and goals.

Program Associate Director is the next level in line management with significant programmatic as well as administrative responsibilities. The position typically requires an advanced academic degree suited to the assigned program(s). Program management requires the ability to interpret situations/issues within program policies and make decisions necessary to ensure and/or further program leadership, services, and quality. Position is directly responsible for supervision of associates carrying out program objectives and procedures. Reports to Program Director.

Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of a professional discipline such as social sciences, human services, business administration. Equivalent to a Master's Degree. Over 5 years and up to and including 7 years of progressive learning experience. Working knowledge of computer systems, programs and applications. Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle required. Human Services & DDS experience required.
