FACILITIES MANAGER

Passion City Church

OBJECTIVE

Provide excellent service to the staff and attendees of Passion City Church to achieve and maintain the highest level of facility excellence in Atlanta allowing others to experience Jesus in a safe, clean, and fully functional building. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Director of Buildings to achieve and maintain the highest level of excellence for Atlanta City Locations
• Assist in performing maintenance and repair duties
• Act as a point of contact for vendors and other team member concerning building needs
• Ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
• Ensure furniture setups are completed with excellence
• Creatively problem solve and troubleshoot potential conflicts or problems concerning building operations
• Maintain, develop, and implement systems around logistical transport of materials, resources, and fleet vehicles
• Responsible for building facilities and grounds to be presentable and ready for all gatherings
• Execute strategy to optimize Atlanta City Locations set by Director of Buildings
• Responsible for cleanliness of the building and grounds; willingness and ability to step in when needed

Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm all day Sunday

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or four years of experience in customer service facility maintenance.
• Ability to draw and edit building drawing files
• Available to be onsite on short notice, for emergencies, and other unforeseen facility needs
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools
• Ability to trouble shoot commercial electrical, low voltage, plumbing, access control, and HVAC systems
• Possess expert knowledge of building and construction materials
• Ability to use power tools
• Ability to multitask and keep multiple projects and tasks moving forward in an efficient manner
• Ability to perform light maintenance task and lift 40 lbs.
