The Parts Department Assistant provide essential support to the Director of Maintenance in a variety of tasks ranging from courier services to office organizational tasks. They also aid in the development of the company’s inventory database by ensuring accurate and timely data entry. To excel in this role, they must demonstrate high proficiency in data entry, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to comprehend and carry out duties as directed.

Responsibilities: 

Personal Assistant Responsibilities: Act as a personal assistant to the Director of Maintenance, undertaking various assigned tasks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the DOM's work.

Data Entry and Database Development: Execute precise and timely data entry to support the development and maintenance of the inventory database, ensuring the integrity and completeness of the entered data.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or coursework in inventory systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling inventory records.
• Ability to carry out assigned tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in air-conditioned and non air-conditioned environments as well as sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
