The Customer Service Administrator is the face and voice of our business - you must be the ultimate Partner willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction for internal and external customers. You will be friendly, professional, and helpful to ensure through comprehensive and proactive support, that our customers receive their roasted orders, tech support and education needs. You will be responsible for building the roast report and running the schedules of others. You will be assisting AR with invoicing and payments. You will be the lead on customer support using our customer service portal Gorgias, to ensure that all requests, questions, complaints and love are answered. You will also assist in the administration and running of our retail stores, assisting the Managers and Marketing team with coffee events, maintenance, updating menus, hours of operations, and DOH requirements.
A knowledge and confidence in using Netsuite (or a like product), Ring Central (phones), Gorgias, Square, Door Dash, Google suite (including Google business), Yelp, Amazon, Shipstation would be helpful.
To apply you must have good coffee knowledge, ideal candidate is someone that has managed a coffee store.
Hours are Sunday - Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm (30 minute lunch). This role can be remote, except for Sunday when you will be required to work from our warehouse for administration and wholesale production coverage.
