About The Role

Looking to head to that new step in your Design career? PartnerHero is currently looking for a brand new Art Director. This role is responsible for evolving PartnerHero's brand vision and for pushing beyond the conventional role of Design in the BPO industry. Alongside design and business leaders within Partnerhero, you'll be articulating project concepts and planning in support of larger strategic initiatives as well as helping the multi-disciplinary teams execute effectively in support of that. This role is also responsible for helping manage the day-to-day design requests to support internal teams and the marketing department.

The role will also oversee the creation and execution of design solutions including imagery, charts, infographics, and multimedia elements used for marketing, advertising, sales, and other forms of communication. You’ll report to the Head of Design as well as interface directly with our partner stakeholders in order to identify needs and deliver on designs that are on-time, on-spec, and on-brand.

You'll Be...

• Shaping compelling creative outcomes for customers, both internally and externally
• Helping teams and individual contributors prioritize what's most important to help internal clients and the organization achieve their goals
• Managing the design and production of graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media
• Ensures that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices
• Collaborating with department heads to come up with a design strategy to facilitate or communicate their initiatives
• Meeting with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Providing accurate timelines for asset delivery, including feedback and iterative cycles
• Creating original assets for use in internal and external projects
• Suggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues
• Tracking your work using industry-standard project management tools
• Documenting your process, ensuring others can collaborate easily
• Providing mentorship and guidance to more junior designers

What You Bring To The Table

• C2 written and spoken English
• 5 years experience in Graphic design with at least 2 years leading a team or being the lead in Design 
• Excellent at helping individuals articulate and translate their needs into creative vision and solutions
• Able to delegate high-level concept work to designers and ensure they have the tools they need to succeed
• Expert-level knowledge of modern design tools
• Excellent creative and innovative skills
• Work with minimal intervention or oversight
• A strong desire to understand others and help them communicate
• Teach and guide those with less experience
• Contribute to building a world-class team
• Both know and push your limits
• Bonus points for those who have experience with
  • Modern Office Tools (Google Drive/Suite, Asana)
  • Design Software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch)
  • Version Control (Github, Abstract)
