PARKVIEW MANOR NURSING HOME is Hiring a Dietary Manager Near Ellsworth, MN
Position is for a Dietary Manager in a 37 bed skilled nursing home in Southwest Minnesota. Preferred Manager would have previous experience in an institutional setting, or restaurant. Manager would be responsible to order raw food products, schedule staff, train staff, work with Registered Dietician (RD) to complete MDS assessments. Manager would need to work an occasional weekend or night shift, in order to have an understanding of the night and weekend needs of the residents and his/her staff.
Preference given to a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM). Successful applicant would need to complete training through the University of North Dakota (UND). Training can be done during normal business hours. Tuition and books, will be paid for by the facility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
