Responsibilities

• Oversee the success of and management of 2-3 marketing professionals.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain marketing strategies to meet Company objectives including supporting our existing home services, plus overseeing the marketing for new company acquisitions and new lines of services
• Establish effective working relationships with teammates and leadership to ensure products and services are successfully marketed through various channels and in a consistent matter
• Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization
• Partner closely with various agencies who develop industry leading marketing pieces to support the sales and service of Company’s offerings, including our membership program
• Work with our leadership team on the execution of online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness and drip marketing initiatives. The ability to speak to how these channels work together is very important
• Work with various departments to investigate value propositions and develop the strategy and copy decks for collateral to convey messaging to internal stakeholders and external customers
• Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits, and messaging for use by sales, marketing, and operations
• Tightly manage the budgets associated with the various campaign initiatives
• Oversee the development of new technologies to help bolster sales and revenue opportunities
• Analyze & utilize the results of various campaigns to forecast future revenue generation by partnering with Leadership
• Responsible for all aspects of projects including meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels & procedures, budgeting, campaign reporting and analysis
• Establish and articulate project scope, strategy, and objectives to internal clients, operations/productions teams, and leadership
• Understand the products and services offered and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provide input to leadership

Qualifications

• Spearhead community giving events and donations, etc
• Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience and 2-3 years of management experience
• Creative thinker, excellent listener, and timely communicator
• Skilled in buying and executing direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touchpoints including digital, print, TV/radio, billboard, direct mail, etc.
• Budgeting and analytical experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority effectively and efficiently while delivering results on-time and within budget
• Experience with CRMs (ServiceTitan), Word, Adobe Suites, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree equivalent professional experience preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
