Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Maintenance Manager. The Fleet Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair, implementing, leading, and improving the maintenance management systems. This includes implementing preventive maintenance schedules, managing maintenance and repair tasks, working with outside providers as required with environmental, health and safety regulations, and ensuring that our fleet and plants operate efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Maintenance Management, and Equipment Maintenance
- Experience in preventive maintenance and Industrial maintenance & repair
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Skilled in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of fleet management software-CMMS Experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the construction or transportation industry is preferred
- Posses a CDL-A preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Experience and or credentials is a plus
