Admissions Assistant

We are currently seeking a qualified facility Admissions Assistant to join our team either part-time or full-time. Full-time position benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid time off (PTO), and participation in the company 401(k) retirement plan.

Role Responsibilities

Assists the Admissions Director with the day-to-day management of the facility’s Admissions Department and may have supervisory responsibilities in the Manager’s absence. May have direct responsibility for one or more of the Admissions Department’s functions. 

Requirements

Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications 

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer, including Microsoft Office. 
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.

Preferred Experience

• Three (3) years of long-term care or healthcare experience.
