Description: We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic, self-driven and results-based personal trainers to provide safe and effective training for one-on-one, partner and small group training sessions. Manages assigned clients and works with the Fitness Supervisor and personal training team to promote/attract new clients and retain them on a long-term basis with the District. Designs and promotes safe, effective and fun workout programs for individuals and groups. Participates in facility open houses and community events as needed. Maintains manual and electronic personal training records. Conducts fitness analyses and attends personal training, customer service and all staff meetings.
Qualifications: Minimum of one year of personal training i.e. strength training or equivalent combination of education, experience and training. Hold a nationally accredited Personal Training Certification, NASM, ACE, ACSM or equivalent nationally recognized certification in personal training or degree in Exercise Science. Excellent customer service, communication and phone skills. A passion for helping others and improving yourself through hands-on continuing education preferred. Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Availability: We are seeking applicants to work early morning and/or evenings and be available on the weekends as requested.
