Park Place of Elmhurst is Hiring a Concierge Part-Time (Weekends) Near Elmhurst, IL
Description
Park Place is the first retirement community in Elmhurst. This elegant five-star community is conveniently located across the street from Edward Elmhurst hospital. Here at Park Place of Elmhurst, we offer a continuum of care with the security of lifecare. Our residents also have access to assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and memory support right on campus. We are seeking a part-time concierge to support carrying out our mission to deliver quality care to our residents!
The primary purpose of the Concierge is to direct the day-to-day functions of new admissions to the facility and work hand in hand with the admissions team. This position also encompasses the role of customer service and welcomes every resident, visitor/family members. Further, The Concierge is responsible to assure the resident and family members experience total satisfaction.
Positions available:
Every Saturday (8am-2pm)
Every Sunday (2pm-8pm)
Requirements
One must be independent and self-motivated. Have at least 2-4 years of experience in customer relations in healthcare; more specifically in a long-term care setting. Be friendly, compassionate, and empathetic to family members of potential and current residents. Must be able to multitask and hold a professional demeanor at all times. Have a desire to work with and make a daily difference in the lives of the geriatric population.
