The Operations Coordinator will assist with administrative duties across the Operational departments including but not limited to Word processing, guestroom and reservation coordination, restaurant and event operations, menu printing, ordering of supplies, inventory management, payroll, as well as general guest communication. The Operations Coordinator will also maintain files, systems, and communication across departments as directed by their supervisor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate taking initiative and problem-solving skills on all assignments. This position will work closely with all department heads within the operation while reporting to the Director of Operations.
