Job Skills / Requirements

Supervision and Training

Determine staffing needs for all sites via consultation with departments and administrative staff and assist in the recruitment, placement, orientation, training, evaluation, and performance management of all clinical staff.

Directly supervises assigned staff which may include providers, departmental supervisors, and other clinical staff members.

Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed an in accordance with PDCHC policy.

Leads weekly or monthly meetings to monitor daily operations of all clinics including the satellite clinics.

Conducts, and ensures compliance for all staff for required training related to clinical operations compliance.

Administration

Develops and monitors clinic strategic planning goals and objectives, including clinical visits, outreach numbers, and referrals from outreach to clinical services. Report goal and objective achievements to the Board of Directors.

Establishes quantitative and qualitative clinic metrics, guidelines, and standards by which PDCHC’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.

Collects, analyzes and presents data and reports as relevant to clinical operations.

Creates, updates, and implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.

Track and approve operational expenses within budget guidelines.

Collaborates with the COO and other management to develop clinic and organizational goals and budgets; provided oversight and leadership for clinical projects.
