Help our guests enjoy their vacation - their home away from home at its best by attending to their needs with care, sincere kindness and enthusiasm during their stay at our amazing properties.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervises housekeeping operations to include rooms, common area and heart of the house areas to achieve and maintain the resort's high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance procedures, write routine reports and correspondence speak effectively before groups of guests and team members as needed
• Demonstrate basic mathematical skills, and ability to solve practical problems
• Understand and comply with a variety of instructions in written and oral form
• Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Provides guidance and directions to subordinates
• Regular attendance in keeping with guidelines established by the company and site are essential to the successful performance of this position
• Carries out reasonable requests of man
