Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)-PRN

The primary purpose of the position is to assist the Occupational Therapist in planning, directing, and administering the Occupational Therapy Services in the Facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.

We are searching for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with the following qualities and skills:

A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in this state.

Knowledgeable of occupational therapy procedures.

The ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc., of the occupational therapy service.

Willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing therapy services.
