Paragon Industries, Inc. is Hiring a Logistics Coordinator Near Phoenix, AZ
This position is a full time position at our office in Phoenix, AZ.The Logistics Coordinator (LC) is responsible for all brokerage inquiries regarding shipments, products and customer service in their assigned areas of operation. Objectives for the LC role include, but are not limited to, the following key tasks:
- Solicit the sale of new and additional services to customers to grow the Xpedite West business
- Handle the entire life cycle of loads from customer order inquiry, through carrier load confirmation and pickup, to final product delivery
- Communicate effectively with customers and inform them of progress on their loads
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of the brokered freight per customer requirements and provide an exceptional level of customer service throughout the process
- Optimize margins for Xpedite by ensuring loads are allocated to the most competent and cost-effective carriers for each lane
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure consistent and future business
