Description

What You'll Do:

• Welcome each member with a genuine greeting and smiling face
• Take food orders accurately in person, telephonic, and online
• Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining room with a sense of urgency, smile and care for the members 
• Assist members with menu options and anticipate their needs to ensure we meet and exceed expectations
• Ensure accuracy when communicating needs to team members and when preparing food
• Conduct table touches/rounds to ensure a clean environment
• Support your team by being flexible and available to work in multiple areas of operations to provide a smooth experience for the team and members 
• Work each shift with purpose as a PVCC brand ambassador
• Keep your area clean and stocked cleaning and sanitizing work areas, and equipment.
• Follow all food safety and security practices
• Check on members during their experience to ensure that they are enjoying their experience and can effectively fix any issues before it is too late
• Thank the members for coming in and invite them back soon

Requirements

 Who You Are:

You share a love for food and people. You have a positive point of view, a genuine interest in serving others and a desire to be better. You speak, read, and write in English. You can stand for 8 hours and can lift at least 25 lbs. You agree that happy team members = happy members and you want to be a part of a team that embraces your unique talents.

Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.

Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Ability to remain composed, particularly during hectic circumstances.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's
