Paradigm is Hiring a Remote Director Product Marketing (remote)

The Director of Product Marketing is responsible for leading strategic marketing programs for specific products, with a focus on B2B marketing and demand generation, reporting to the VP of Product Marketing. This position manages the development and execution of innovative marketing programs to achieve short- and long-term business goals. The individual will also collaborate with our Marketing Communications & Operations team on the execution of enterprise-related programs that support Paradigm’s product-specific and overall marketing and communications strategies. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develops annual product-focused marketing plans, including setting business strategies, managing product-specific marketing budgets, and adjusting based on changing business, industry, and stakeholder needs. Creates and executes product-specific strategic marketing campaigns and tactical programs for Paradigm’s case management and home health services products to increase sales for new and existing clients. Writes and presents creative marketing briefs that reflect competitor insights and movements and guide internal partners through the product marketing process.Builds and manages strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization to ensure effective and strategic implementation of product marketing programs, including identifying target markets and prospects. Key stakeholder groups include sales and sales operations, product owners, product development leads, and operations.Manages strategy, content, and branding for product-focused campaign assets such as collateral, paid advertising, organic and paid social media, website pages, PowerPoint presentations, and internal and external communications. Crafts clear, effective, and unique storylines that tell the product value proposition and deliver via a range of marketing channels, such as one-pagers and PowerPoint presentations.Produces effective sales tools and lead generation and nurturing programs to support product growth for existing and new customers.Builds thought leadership content with a focus on lead generation, customer engagement, and retention—including industry articles, blogs, case studies, white papers, position papers, and speaking sessions. Manages and collaborates closely with subject matter experts.Understands corporate brand guidelines and ensures all assets adhere to standards to maintain brand integrity and consistency across the enterprise. Implements marketing and content development plans and calendars to manage marketing initiatives, meet deadlines, track progress, manage outside vendors, and keep stakeholders informed and involved.Tracks and develops reports on marketing metrics from all media channels to monitor performance as well as draw insights to strengthen future product marketing campaigns.Monitors and analyzes marketing trends and the competitive landscape for assigned products to drive product marketing strategies. Works closely with enterprise strategy to maintain up-to-date competitor profiles.Manages special projects as they arise from product-specific or enterprise programs and initiatives.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Marketing Management, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism; MBA or master’s degree preferredExperience: Strong track record of leadership, success, and career progression in product marketing; workers’ compensation and/or health care experience preferred Technical SkillsVery high level of comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). High level of comfort with the following types of platforms: webinar technologies (Zoom and Microsoft Teams), SharePoint, CRM (Salesforce.com), and email marketing (Pardot). Some design familiarity (e.g., InDesign) is a plus.Experience with B2B marketing as well as customer and channel developmentExpert-level communicator—written and verbal with English language skills—and a high level of comfort presenting to leadership, stakeholders, and partners.High level of knowledge/understanding of distribution channels, branding, advertising, digital marketing, digital technology, marketing attribution, targeted online ads, and budgeting.Ability to understand and interpret marketing metrics from various marketing channels to draw insights and communicate performance to product marketing team members and stakeholders.Work SkillsStrong ability to work independently and collaboratively to execute projects and communicate professionally including providing clear and specific direction to team members and external vendors.Strong interpersonal skills and takes ownership to build external partner and vendor relationships and internal partner relationships with stakeholders, including executives, physicians, nurses, and Marketing team colleagues.Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage, track, and coordinate multiple complexities involved in leading strategic product marketing campaigns.Very strong organizational, problem-solving, and project-management skillsGood judgment, with the ability to make timely and sound decisions, including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Takes the initiative and is extremely proactive in identifying project needs and proposing and implementing solutions.Strong analytical skills, business savvy, and the ability to multitask are all essentialCreative, flexible, and innovative team playerCommitment to excellence and high standardsVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
