Paradigm Mechanical Corp. is currently looking for an experienced HVAC Service Tech to add to its service department. We currently service our construction projects, many commercial clients, and government entities. This is an excellent opportunity with a growing company. 

Must be able to troubleshoot, service, start-up, maintain, and install boilers, split systems, package units, metal duct work, chillers, cooling towers, water source heat pumps, VFD’s, VAV’s, and pumps within a variety of applications.

Tasks: Preventative maintenance, equipment change-outs, take service calls, install a variety of HVAC systems and equipment, construction start-up

Requirements:

• 5 years minimum experience.
• Experience on split systems, package units, chillers, boilers, refrigeration, start up, commissioning, air balance.
• Own basic tools
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must have clean DMV driving record and a valid California Driver’s License.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
• Professional, organized, open to training, continuing education, etc.
• Must be an organized, self-starter.
• Able to follow written procedures, work instructions, and directions provided by management.
