Paperless Environments is seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Baton Rouge, LA! Over the past 17 years, Paperless has created an industry changing document management software solution for the Construction industry and we now have over 1,800 customers in all 50 states and 5 other countries. Our software allows users to import documents from OCR, emails, mobile/web portals and then provides superior document routing and form entry while synchronizing entry data from our software back into a customer's accounting system. What does the Customer Experience role look like?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated CX Specialist to drive continuous improvement in our customer experience, engagement, and retention. You will be evaluating all points of customer interaction with our existing client base, addressing customer concerns, and identifying ways to enhance and improve our business relationship with our customers. A successful Customer Experience Specialist will be exceptionally organized, efficient, an excellent communicator and someone who has a passion for helping our customers achieve success with our products. A top-notch customer experience specialist will be someone whose expertise results in excellent customer relationship management and a positive brand image.


Customer Experience (CX) Specialist Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with our sales, marketing, development, implementation, and support teams to enhance customer services, internal sales to existing clients and brand awareness
  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products and offerings to ensure customer issues can be properly documented and escalated to the appropriate Paperless team for resolution
  • Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and informing customers about new product features and functionalities
  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
  • Responding to customer questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the Paperless Online Community and our customer feedback tools
  • Analyzing and preparing reports for customer feedback on new products and current product enhancements
  • Documenting customer compliments and complaints with actionable next steps and resolution
  • Proactively reaching out to existing Paperless clients on a periodic basis to gauge customer satisfaction with our products and teams and to discover any additional opportunities for new Paperless products and services

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • A Passion for helping others
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or related field preferred
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a customer experience specialist or a similar customer support role
  • Solid experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information
  • Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
  • Great organizational and time management abilities
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Salary: $50k - $55k a year DOE

Job Type: Full-time Salary. This is not a 1099 Contractor position. We will not be considering candidates seeking contract work at this time.
