About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior or Principal Product Manager to launch new features and products that deliver on our mission to eliminate financial stress in the lives of our users.
This is a rare opportunity to hone your 0-1 skills on impactful products. You’ll drive the entire lifecycle from research and demand testing to releasing MVPs and driving business outcomes at scale.
You will own our engagement & retention metrics. Success in this role will lead to opportunities to lead a team of Product Managers working on engagement and retention.
A passion for delivering world class mobile UX and a track record of driving engagement and retention by centering on users is a prerequisite. Experience creating habit loops will make you a shoo-in for this role.

In order to provide greater transparency, we have included base pay ranges for all of our US-based job postings. Our pay ranges are based on the role's level and responsibilities, and benchmarked against similar stage growth companies in the fintech industry. We utilize multiple factors including skills and work experience to determine the final offer amount given to each candidate. The base pay range for this position is: $150,000 - $200,000/year.
