Programmer

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Write, modify and test CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso software to minimize machine run time
• Modify existing programs as needed for continuous improvements
• Proficiency with interpreting 3D solid models and 2D drawings
• 3D printing experience
• Maintain operations for CMM equipment on site
• Work in collaboration with Quality Engineers at customer sites
• Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Experience
• Zeiss Calypso software experience required
• Familiarity with Quality Compliance Standards ASME Y14.5M-1994, AS9100 Rev D, ISO 9001:2015, PWA360

Education/Experience

• B.S. Mechanical Engineering
• 1-5 years relevant experience

• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
