Our technicians know mobile technology inside and out and take the time to get to know the customers personally and are committed to excellent service year after year. The Technical Contact Center Agent is responsible for being the first point of contact for the Panasonic Connect customer base. This agent will utilize the basic applications and resources to determine customer requirements, and resolution. They will resolve customer issue via calls, chats or email.

The hourly range of $17.00-20.00hr is just one component of Panasonic's Total Package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
