Position Summary:
Employee works in collaboration with PFCS staff, community clients and families, community agencies/resources, schools, and other service providers for the access of and/or delivery services. Case Manager will work assists families in Children (ages 0-5yo) with Emotional Difficulties programs

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in: Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field. A minimum of two years related experience in child, youth, and family mental health services. Understanding of early childhood behavioral and developmental health issues, early childhood development and social learning theory. Ability to work as a team member in multi-task environment and interact with clients, other PFCS staff, and childcare staff professionals. Exceptional organization skills. The ability to provide timely computer database recording of program client information and preparation of required forms for program utilization. Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Work Schedule:
Employee may be required to work up to 40 hours per week as determined by signed schedule. Schedule may vary based on business demands and may require a combination of office hours as well as work performed after hours, but should not exceed eight (8) hours per day.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
