Palmer Trucks is Hiring a Warranty Admin Near Indianapolis, IN

Description

The primary function of a Warranty Admin is to ensure that their employers are paid for all product maintenance parts or replacements covered under warranty. They organize, process, and review warranty claims made by the customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with Manufacturers.
  • Keeping Careful and organized Records.
  • Ensuring that all warranty paperwork is documented correctly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Verifying criteria needed by the manufacturer are processed successfully.
  • Keeps abreast of all company announcements, especially factory recalls.
  • Work alongside the accounting department to obtain payments for warranty work.

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of cars and trucks, and be able to identify specific corresponding parts

Computer Skills

High School Diploma

To perform this job successfully, an individual should know the necessary Computer skills and Warranty Processing Software.

Studies in business, computing, and mathematics are preferred.
