Description
The Rental Coordinator / Agent position is to assist with the daily duties of the rental facilities. We are looking for someone who is customer focused and is experienced working in a fast paced environment. Previous commercial truck rental experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate. Normal working hours will be Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM. Person will report to the Director of Rental Sales.
Main Duties:
Answer incoming calls and take care of walk in customers
Quote rental rates via email and phone
Obtain and verify certificates of insurance
Check in and out rental units
Schedule trucks to be cleaned, fueled, and move trucks around facility
Schedule transfers for units between locations
Work with service to get rental units serviced in a timely manner
Update rental unit’s locations and status
Perform some cold calling on prospects
Continually train on product line and sales
Requirements
