In the role of Client Service Representative, you will be the primary contact responsible for our clients and giving them phone and email support, while building lasting relationships with them. The ideal person is going to be a great communicator and have outstanding organizational skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a go getter! Take initiative when the opportunity presents itself.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Answer calls and questions as well as recommend corrective actions to address client issues.
  • Become the trusted advisor to key decision makers by establishing and developing close business relationships.
  • Manage tactical issues such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues between Symbia and assigned clients.
  • Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client.
  • Maintain each client’s product or service offering in the Symbia operating system.
  • Prepare reports as required by managements and each client.
  • Speak clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations; listen and get clarification to be able to respond to questions with the best possible answer.
  • You will need to be able to manage difficult or emotional client situations by responding promptly to client needs, requests for service, and meeting timelines set by the client or the service level agreement.
  • Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests.
  • Identify and resolves problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully to develop alternative solutions.
  • Be resourceful! Meet challenges with confidence and out of the box thinking while demonstrating persistence so you can overcome obstacles.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Personality: a dynamic, growth minded employee who is most comfortable being themselves!
  • One to three years of experience in a warehouse customer service environment preferred.
  • Prior experience with warehouse technology as well as MS Suite products.
  • Excellent communication and inventory skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities may be required for this role. These abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, as well as good depth perception.
  • Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Expectation is at least two hours straight, four times in an eight-hour day.
  • You will need to be able to twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis.
  • Repetitive movements are a big part of our environment, so you will need to be able to use your hands and feet simultaneously.
  • This is a warehouse environment, so it consists of occasional extreme temperature shifts ranging from very cold to very hot.
  • If you are operating Industrial Lift Equipment, you will need to be able to get on and off the equipment on a regular basis. Certain equipment may expose you to heights as well.
  • There can be exposure to loud noises and dust.
  • You will have regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moving equipment.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
