Position: Field Service Technician

Reporting to: Service Manager

Responsibilities: -Gain knowledge on all palamides deliveries. Old and New

-Responsible for on-site and off-site Troubleshooting, Service,

Installation, and Operator training

-Communicate with Service Manager on any issues or concerns with new or used machine installations or services

-Maintain a strong knowledge in mechanics and electrics

-Communicate with all palamides USA employees

Travel: -Must be available to travel when service, installation, or operator training is required.

-Must have a valid driver’s license.

-Must have a valid passport.
