Job Skills/Requirements

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Overall responsibility for all security officers assigned to their chain of command
• Performs interviews On-Site interviews with potential candidates when required
• Provides each candidate with an introduction to the company and required duties 
• Determines which security officers are appropriate for specific sites
• Oversees the evaluation process as it relates to the security officers and supervisors 
• Motivational and disciplinary actions for all assigned staff and post 
• Devises training regimens and site orders for site and ensures that all officers are properly trained and licensed prior to working independently
•  Maintains accurate inventory levels of all PalAmerican property; including but not limited to vehicles, cellular phones, uniforms, equipment, etc.
• Actively participates in job fair and recruitment strategies to encourage applicants to apply with PalAmerican
• Maintains proficiency with scheduling and payroll 
• Reveiw employee schedules on a daily basis to ensure accuracy
• Covers open shifts as needed
• Provides training to officers at designated post locations
• Other assigned duties as directed by your immediate supervisor

Job Requirement

•  Minimum 2 years of professional level managing experience in past service organization
• Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, military and/or customer service are desired
• Experience in scheduling, operations and/or employee management in a service-related industry are a plus
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• California state driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or Equivelent
• Demonstrated working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to learn and efficiently operate various timekeeping and payroll programs, such as; WinTeam, e-Hub and Traktik
