Our company is currently looking for an Account Manager to oversee a Healthcare location in the Massachusetts area. The Account Manager must be able to perform all tasks that the security officers being supervised perform and attend to administrative functions including hiring, mentoring, team-building, disciplinary coaching and actions, 90 day/annual reviews, skill assessments, licensing, and payroll.
Our security team is responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the community which includes clients, staff, patients and visitors. The Account Manager is responsible to ensure Security Officers are appropriately trained to deter illegal activities on hospital property while positively contributing to the overall customer experience through a customer service approach.
