Pagaya is Hiring a Leasing Manager Near Phoenix, AZ
Position Summary:
The Leasing Manager is responsible for the successful transfer of completed rehab homes through the complete leasing cycle until the home is stabilized. A successful candidate will have experience with day-to-day leasing activities, be well versed in creating leasing and marketing initiatives that help drive KPI performance while working closely with our 3rd party management companies. This individual will need to be highly organized, demonstrates the capacity to develop and implement systems from the ground up. This is an opportunity to learn and grow while providing critical support to a dynamic SFR team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our construction team to determine if homes are rent-ready and able to be marketed. Creating a rent-ready housing scorecard that can be utilized by our partners.
- Develop a program to get homes pre-marketed with our partners.
- Monitor leasing progress of partners
- Manage and implement pricing strategies for homes coming to market.
- Recommend and implement strategic pricing adjustments as market conditions warrant.
- Verify marketing initiatives are consistent and accurate across the partners. This includes marketing photos, marketing descriptions, and initial pricing.
- Arrange weekly leasing meetings with partners and upper management.
- Create, meet, and exceed budgeted occupancy goals.
- Establish monthly/quarterly goals and objectives for our partners and evaluate success versus our targets.
- Suggest new lease pricing for homes that are in the turn process.
- Introduce creative ideas that will generate traffic to our homes.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws
Education and Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in SFR property management or elevated leasing role.
- High school graduate
- Real Estate License Recommended
- Familiarity with database management systems: Appfolio, Salesforce, and Quickbase
- Familiarity with Real Estate Market trends
- Capacity to develop and implement new systems, influence change in existing systems
- Teamwork and relationship management skills
- Highly organized with keen eye for detail and accuracy
