Quality Associate: available shift: 6:30PM to 6:30AM
Compensation:
- Starting rate $19.75 an hour

Job Summary
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Completes Audits of Thermoforming or Printing line and documents findings on audit sheets – Inclusive of date traceability, product defects and communication to shift supervision.
- Observes and asks workers questions pertaining to job functions relating to quality.
- Reads Production Order information and verifies compliance of the product, packaging and Quality specifications.
- Observes workers using equipment to verify that equipment is being operated and maintained according to quality assurance standards.
- Completes quality checks including weights, dimensions, counts, and attribute data.
- Inputs Quality Statistics information into Gainseeker as a backup to operators in thermoforming. Must use scales, ID/OD gages, thickness gages, magna mikes, and undercut gages.
- Basic troubleshooting of Gainseeker and Testing Equipment when malfunctioning.
- Evaluates products at changeovers to verify compliance to requirements including line purgation of product and packaging and conformance of product to documented specifications.
- Complete hold tickets to identify non-conforming product, traces issues to beginning of source, and communicates results to supervision.
- Performs follow-up on corrective actions as requested.
- Keep the Quality Cart updated with the current products being rejected per line.
- Communicate effectively to shift supervisor and lead of quality issues found and contain NC product.
