The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.

Job Summary:
This position maintains cleanliness, presentation and sanitary conditions of common rooms, resident rooms, and resident laundry as assigned on a daily basis. __

Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Complete daily cleaning schedule
• Ensure all resident rooms are maintained
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
