Job Overview:

Pacific54 is looking for a sales associate responsible for consistently winning new business via inbound and outbound initiatives. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, and goal-oriented with an outgoing and resilient personality. Most of all have an understanding and passion for digital marketing. This is an in-person position in our Wynwood office.

Responsibilities:

This position requires a heavy amount of prospecting and lead development with all different types of clients. You will use your customer discovery skills and knowledge to set customers up for success

• Conduct discovery and presentation calls with prospective clients
• Create a pipeline of sales opportunities
• Discuss needs and recommend digital marketing services
• Prospect and uncover new potential opportunities
• Manage all new lead communication including phone and email

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• Knowledge of how digital marketing works. Preferably focused on PPC (Google Ads and Facebook Ads)
• A minimum experience of 1 year in digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal skills 
• Must have a professional, friendly and positive attitude.

Good to have:

• CRM experience
• Hands-on digital marketing experience of any kinds
• Speak Spanish
