- Create and prepare invoices
- Create repair orders (R0) using Microsoft Navision ERP
- Read and understand technician service reports
- Input service technician’s time into payroll system
- Input vehicle and customer information into computer system
- Assist the Warranty Administrator with preparing and submitting OEM warranty claims
- High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
